The Florida Keys Real Estate Market has remained very hot and February promises to be another good month as Florida Keys rental managers are saying they have no available rentals for the month. In January of 2011, 133 properties went under contract and 104 properties sold. 58 of those properties were waterfront homes in the Florida Keys .
